Samsung Officially Announced the First Galaxy Phone with Dual SIM, Samsung Galaxy Y Duos and Y Pro Duos

Samsung finally officially announced the successor of the Galaxy Y and Y-Pro with dual SIM. This phone is called The Galaxy Y Duos and Y Pro Duos. Both phones have the ability to use data from two SIM cards simultaneously. Besides offering dual SIM card, this phone also uses TouchWiz technology for the User Interface. The Plan, these phone are still targeting young consumer segment. Samsung will launch both of these phones in January.

Samsung Galaxy Y Duos

Samsung Galaxy Y Duos wrapped with a metal case with 11.98mm at the point of its thinnest. This phone has a screen 3.14 inches, with  320×240 pixels resolution. Running Android 2.3. Gingerbread, powered 832 MHz processor, 3-megapixel rear-facing camera and connectivity is not bad, including 7.2Mbps HSDPA, Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth and microUSB, enough to meet the needs of young consumers.

Samsung Galaxy Y Duos  also offers some features for your social life. ChatON feature, an application that connects all mobile users into a single community. In addition, there is also Social Hub that will integrate users into social networking, and support email and instant messages to display all your communication in one inbox.

Samsung Galaxy Y Pro Duos

For the hardware side, the Samsung Galaxy Y Pro Duos has a slightly different specification. This phone has smaller screen, 2.6 inches, larger 1350 mAh battery, equipped with a QWERTY keyboard and a front facing camera.

More additional features are offered for the Samsung Galaxy Y Pro Duos, like Polaris to handle Office documents, Find My Mobile professionals for phones security, and the Social Hub Premium.
