Acer Iconia Tab A700, Quadcore Tablet with Ice Cream Sandwich Will be Released in Q2 2012

Acer will show off the latest tablet with Quad Core processor and Ice Cream Sandwich OS at CES 2012. This new tablet named Acer Iconia Tab A700.

According to The Verge site, Acer Iconia Tab A700 using 1.3 Ghz Tegra 3 quadcore processor  which is believed capable of handling 1080p movie clips. It means the Transformer Prime is no longer the only one tablet that uses the Tegra 3 processor. The A700 comes with a 10.1-inch screen with   1920×1200 pixels resolution, and a number of interesting features, such as Bluetooth support, a microSD card slot, HDMI port, and A Few of Acer’s software customizations.

The tablet is quite thin and light, just 9.8mm at thickness point. The plan, The A700 will be released in the second quarter (Q2) 2012. Unfortunately, we have not received information about price. We’ll wait.
