Samsung Galaxy Note 2 will be announced on August 29. This has been confirmed by Samsung. Samsung has distributed invitations for this event and they said the Samsung Galaxy Note 2 launch will be part of the event.

Quoted from Reuters.com, spokesman for Samsung said to them, “We plan to unveil the next Galaxy Note at the Samsung Mobile Unpacked event in Berlin on August 29,” . This means that two days before the opening of the IFA event in Berlin, Germany or two weeks before the possible announcement of the iPhone 5.

Of course this is very interesting, Samsung announced the Galaxy Note 2 earlier than the iPhone 5, they apparently don’t want its flagship smartphone “sank” due to the launch of the iPhone 5.
