HTC Windows Phone 8X officially announced , dual core Krait CPU and 4.3-inch screen
HTC has just officially announced the HTC Windows Phone 8X at the HTC event. In this event, HTC announced two devices, the second is the 8S, however HTC Windows Phone 8X being flagship smartphone today.
HTC Windows Phone 8X comes with a 4.3-inch 720p display, it’s the Super LCD 2 with Gorilla Glass. The device measures 132.4 x 66.2 x 10.1mm and weighs 130g. Like the HTC One X, The 8X also uses a polycarbonate unibody.
As indicated by its name, The 8X runs on Windows Phone 8. It’s powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 chipset with a dual-core 1.5GHz Krait CPU, Adreno 225 GPU and 1GB of RAM. The camera on the back is 8MP BSI sensor can record 1080p video with stereo sound. Meanwhile, 2.1MP secondary camera on the front, also capable of recording 1080p video.
The HTC Windows Phone 8X comes with 16GB of internal memory and this doesn’t have microSD card slot. This HTC’s WP8 flagship also comes with dual-band Wi-Fi a/b/g/n, NFC, Bluetooth 2.1, microUSB and 3.5mm audio jack for connectivity.
HTC Windows Phone 8X will be available in 4 colors, California Blue, Graphite Black, Flame Red and Yellow Limelight. The plan, the device will be available for 150 major operators in 50 + countries. Meanwhile, there is no information about HTC Windows Phone 8X prices.
